Shipping 

Purchases will be shipped by USPS from our Los Angeles studio in California.

  • The shipping and handling cost for your order is a flat rate based on the destination.
  • Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding stat holidays.
  • If you place your order before 12:00pm on a business day, we aim to have it shipped the same day.
  • Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.

Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories (excluding Guam, US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico)

  • We DO NOT ship to any US territories. We only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We CANNOT ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or US Virgin Islands.

P.O. Boxes

As we ship with USPS, we have access to Postal Boxes and are able to deliver to any PO Box address in the United States.

International Addresses

We can ship internationally. The shipping and handling cost for your order is a flat rate based on the destination.

Out of Stock Items

We make our products in single to small batches and we are able to foresee our stock. Please be aware of the stock prior to placing your order. 

Order Cancellation and Changes

We accept order cancellations and changes prior to the order being shipped. You will receive a full refund if your order is canceled.

Returns

We hope that you love our products and are very happy with them, but if you are not happy, returns are accepted 30 days from the shipping date. The product must be 75% intact for a full refund. Shipping costs are not refundable and unfortunately, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
